Every two-bedroom model has two full baths, a kitchen with island, a terrace and one parking space, in sizes from 73 to 94 m². The June 2026 developer booklet lists 1-bedrooms of 67 m² from $194,300, the two-bedrooms from $208,050 for the 73 m² model to $258,500 for the 94 m² one, about $2,750 to $2,980 per m², and 3-bedrooms from $349,250. The developer gives December 2026 or January 2027 for delivery, and its site showed construction progress as of May 2026.

Insurance assumes life cover of $0.50 per $1,000 of loan a month (Banistmo publishes $0.21 to $1.00 by age) and fire cover at Banistmo's $0.15 to $0.19 per $1,000 of value, with ITBMS. Bank handling is $8.56 a month, as Banco General and Banco Nacional charge. Closing costs assume 3% of the price; buyers typically pay 2% to 5% in cash purchases and 3% to 7% with a mortgage.
