Advertising and disclosure
Our commercial relationships, stated plainly, and the line they do not cross.
Updated September 3, 2026
Panama Property Guide is published by a real estate business. Pretending otherwise would be the dishonest part.
How the money works
- Reader enquiries go to a licensed Panamanian broker. Commission on a completed transaction is our main revenue.
- Listings on the marketplace come from agencies and developers we work with.
- We do not run display advertising, and we do not publish sponsored articles dressed as editorial.
The line
No commercial relationship changes what an article says. A developer who lists with us does not get a favourable guide, does not get an unflattering figure removed, and does not see a piece before it publishes.
If we ever publish something paid for, it will be labelled as such at the top, in both languages, in the same size type as the headline.
What this means for you
Read our guides as what they are. They are written to be accurate because accuracy is what makes a reader trust us with an enquiry. That is an incentive worth understanding rather than hiding.
